Essex Study Club

About this study club

The Essex and East Anglia region has been without an ITI study club for a few years, but I am pleased to lead a relatively new club. We currently have 18 members, including experienced implant dentists, prosthodontics specialists, and an experienced dental technician. Additionally, we have general practitioners who are new to implant dentistry, and my aim is to support all levels of implant dentistry practice. We are also keen to recruit Dental Care Professionals to contribute to our membership. To strengthen the ITI, we encourage non-ITI guest participation for a maximum of two meetings, providing them with an opportunity to experience the benefits of ITI membership.

We hold four study club meetings annually, featuring two guest speakers and a case discussion session. I also encourage club members to present at the study club, fostering a new generation of ITI speakers.

Our central venue at Chelmsford Golf Club ensures accessibility for ITI members across the county. While we hope to introduce hybrid meetings in the future, we currently encourage onsite attendance to promote networking and stronger bonds among our members.
